Enchanted Forrest

A couple weeks ago my friend, Sasha Fischman, asked me to model some accessories for her boutique; Carousels and Lace. I was more then happy to accept the offer and had so much fun putting outfits together from my wardrobe and styling them with accessories from her boutique! Carousels and Lace carries beautiful vintage pieces and everything else you need from clothes to accessories. I highly suggest you girls check it out by clicking the link below!

Paris Fashion Week: Balmain Fall'14 RTW

If you know me, you know one of my favorite designers is Balmain. I think Olivier Rousteing is an absolute fashion genius and I have become slightly obsessed with his story and journey to fashion royalty. The French designer was adopted and raised in Bordeaux, France. At the young age of 25 he was named Creative Director for Balmain, gaining full control of production for both men's and women's ready-to-wear collections.

I love all of his work and truly admire his fearless approach to the fashion world. "I'm French, I'm black, and I'm proud to be at Balmain, but this is a message of freedom and globalism" say's the designer about his Fall'14 Collection. The jungle safari theme is everything and Rousteing did an awesome job at expressing his message. His collections are works of art and the detail that goes into each one of his looks is phenomenal. Here are some of my favorite looks from the collection! xx

Behind The Scenes

Over the weekend, I got the pleasure to model some accessories from my friends boutique; Carousels and Lace. I've worked on a lot of photo shoots, but this was my first time being IN FRONT of the camera! I was a little shy at first but once I got the hang of it, I'm not going to lie, I kinda loved it!

I styled all the looks myself by using pieces from my own personal wardrobe and accessorized with pieces from Carousels and Lace Boutique! My friend Sasha Fischman, who owns the boutique, started up the business by selling vintage pieces from her mothers archive over the years and has some really cute stuff! Check it out by clicking the link below!

It was a really great day and we had a lot of fun! I wanted to share with you some behind the scenes pics and I will post more about my outfits when I get the final images :) xx

Kendall Jenner / Marc Jacobs Fall '14 Fashion Show

Kendall Jenner looks FIERCE walking in the Marc Jacobs Runway Show today! I hardly recongnized  her with the bleached brows, pale makeup and short haircut. This is a surprise to me I had no idea she was walking in his show but I love it! Her modeling career is going to sky rocket from this, I think she killed it and looks amazing! Kendall is signed to Society Management who also reps Adriana Lima so I can predict a bright modeling future for the 18-year-old.

Marchesa / J. Mendel / NYFW Fall 2014

There have been so many amazing runway shows this year during NYFW but I am obsessing over J. Mendel and Marchesa right now! Here are a few images of my favorite looks from their collections. xx

Marchesa
Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig did an outstanding job with this collection and I absolutely love this duo and the work they do for Marchesa! I love the hair and makeup they used to combine with the story of the collection. While watching the runway show I can already picture some big name actresses wearing some of these pieces for the Oscars coming up. ;)

J. Mendel
Seriously though, I am dying over this collection. I want everything. The colors, the textures, the fur, the leather and how it is all so perfectly put together is genius. Gilles Mendel always manages to make a statement without having to go over the top and I love that about him.
